First we need a category setup for Spa and Wellness. You can call it whatever you want, but you need to ensure the following settings are in place:
- Set Specific Component to Universal Category
- Set the Group to spa_wellness
Once this is created, you will need to setup the sub-categories via Directory Profiles. You may also add sub-categories to this new main category if you want to separate out your services further.
Go to Sell > Directory > Add a Profile.
Once you've completed the required info, under settings set the category to the one created above.
Make sure you include the About/Bio to explain the offered services as well as adding a Banner and a Profile Photo. The Banner will be displayed on the scheduler page, while the profile photo is the thumbnail in the list of services.
Now that the categories and sub categories/profiles are setup, it's time to attach the schedulers. If you have integrated Book4Time then these schedulers will create automatically. So all you need to do is assign them to the category and the directory profile.
Find the scheduler and go to edit.
Set the Category to a category under the spa_wellness group. This can be the main category or a linked sub category.
Then scroll to Permissions & Owner and assign the scheduler owner as the related directory profile you created.
Once these steps are completed and the schedulers are set to active, they will now be visible on your member portal. Please note you may need to pay for additional licensing to enable this feature, please contact your sales rep.
