To improve communication with your guests, a new campaign was set up for pre-arrival e-mails.
When setting up a campaign, you will see an option to setup "Pre-Arrival" emails by selecting this campaign.

Once selected, you will then be able to select the trigger. These triggers have been expanded to send prior to Spa, Activity and One-on-One appointments in addition to Dining, Hotel and Space Reservations.

Once this is selected, you will be able to trigger off the message to send prior to arrival.
