These are the various statuses you can set a subscription to and what the system may switch it to:
- Active - access to club and member experiences, charged on next_date
- Pending/Paused - no access to the club or member experiences, charged on next_date
- Failed Payment - when their billing fails on the next_date. We will retry after 3 days and 7 days from the next_date
- Suspended - no access to the club or member experience, not charged until manually activated
- Downgraded - no access to the club or member experience, used to notate that they downgraded their plan for reporting purposes
- Upgraded - no access to the club or member experience, used to notate that they upgraded their plan for reporting purposes
- Expired - manually set, no access
- Cancelled - if you set the requested cancel date to a date in the future, they will remain active until the date of cancellation where they will switch to cancelled status.
- Archived - used to hide from view in case of a mistake or plan switch
