If you're having issues with delivering e-mails to the inbox, then follow these steps to ensure delivery. Please note that corporate firewalls may still block inbound e-mails, but having the right settings in place will minimize this (https://peoplevine.com/spam for more info).
Start by sending yourself an e-mail. When you receive it, open it up and go to File then Properties. Here you'll find the e-mail headers to use for tracing what happened. You may need to google how to view Internet Headers in your e-mail client.
Copy the headers and then go to https://mxtoolbox.com and then click on Analyze Headers.
Paste the headers in there and then click on Analyze. The system will now output any errors you have.
Typically this is related to the SPF record, but it may be some other details too. In this case, confirm that the CNAME for the e-mail domain is setup properly. This is used to verify the signature when delivering from our provider Sendgrid.
If your e-mails are still hitting the Spam or Junk Email folders after these steps, you may need to contact your e-mail administrator to confirm they aren't blocking traffic from our system or verified e-mail senders.
