When viewing a CRM profile, you will notice the statements section. If you click on a statement, you will be taken to view the details of that statement.
At quick glance, you can identify the member along with their contact information for mailing, e-mailing or texting them a link to the statement.
Below, you'll see a breakdown of all charges for that time period along with past due transactions notified with a [DUE] flag.
If a member has other past due invoices, they will also be visible towards the bottom.
You can also export both the current statement and past due invoices into a CSV file by clicking on Export to CSV.
When clicking Print Statement, you can also set your printer to "Save as PDF" to generate a PDF statement for your member.
Lastly, at the bottom, you can adjust the statement to display a specific time period or a default monthly statement.
