To get started, go to the integrated platform section and click on Mews. Simply enter the provided access token to enable the connection:
Upon clicking on Connect, the system will take you to authenticate with Peoplevine Connect for your Mews connection.
Once you've connected your account, our system and Mews will sync in the following ways:
- Member Data
- When a member is set to active in PeopleVine, we will sync their member data to Mews
- Added a one-click sync button on the CRM to re-sync with Mews
- Reservation Data
- All reservations in Mews will flow into PeopleVine including spend/purchase info
- Transaction Data
- A member can charge to their Mews account if currently in a reservation (in development)
Once you are integrated with Mews, we will automatically sync reservation data every 4 hours to check for new changes. You can also go back to the integration and choose to sync contacts or reservations from Mews into PeopleVine.
