KEEP IN MIND: if youre establishment is visited by your members at a higher velocity than a typical private space (e.g. people are checking in every minute), we recommend you leverage the PeopleVine POX (Point of Experience) app available for iPads. It will automatically update the member activity as people are checking in (no need to refresh).
This feature is intended to be notified when a select person or people enter your space so you can provide them with best in class service.
You can enable this feature one of two ways:
Enable Member Check-In Tracking for a Specific Member
When viewing a member's profile in the Control Panel, you will see the option to Notify Me by SMS on Arrival which will instantly enable this feature.
Enable Member Check-In Tracking by Membership Program
Alternatively, you can enable this for an entire membership program, by going to the menu of the membership program you want to enable this for, and click on Notify Me by SMS on Arrival. This will automatically enable this feature for all members that check-in at the space.
You can further manage your alerts by clicking on Hello, <your name> in the upper right hand corner and go to View Alerts.
